Mettler Toledo says its IND429 weighing terminal offers versatility, connectivity and compliance for use in almost any industry and application. The terminal carries multiple safety ratings, including IP69K, GMP, NSF and EHEDG. The unit was designed for use in hygienically sensitive areas, so it offers a smooth surface and is constructed from materials that allow it to be cleaned completely and easily, says the company. The terminal offers an Ethernet TCP/IP interface for heavy washdown applications. It also comes standard with an RS-232 serial port for further data collection or ticket printing.
