Schenck’s SolidsFlow 2000 louvered vibratory feeder feeds materials without degradation or segregation. The feeders can be gravimetrically configured to meter at accuracies of ±1⁄4% to 1% of feed rate setpoint 2 sigma, which the company says provides precision. Models are available with feed tray sizes from 6 to 72 in. and feed rates up to 3,000 cu. ft./hr.
