Hussmann's IR Impact Compressor is available on the company's refrigeration system solutions parallel rack systems. The unit offers dual voltage on all models from 6 hp and above and multiple refrigerant capabilities. One compressor version can be used for all temperature ranges using R404A, R507 and medium temperature R22. However, the compressors are optimized for R22 low temperature. The design features a single casting with only a motor end bell cover and front bearing cover. The absence of a bottom plate with bolts helps prevent leaks.
