The Tetra Alex 2 homogenizer from Tetra Pak homogenizes non-abrasive products such as pasteurized milk, yogurt milk, juice and nectar. This model offers an alternative for simple process lines where there is no need for sophisticated functions. The capacity ranges from 2,000 1/h to 6,500 l/h. The machine is built on a self-supporting drive unit that provides a low point of gravity, thus reducing any vibrations, says the company. The starter panel is integrated in the machine, allowing installation of the homogenizer on-site and simplifying operation.
