Advanced Instruments says its Fluorophos test system exceeds FDA's new pasteurization testing requirements and evaluates samples in 3 minutes. The technology provides sensitivity to 0.003% raw milk and confirms the pasteurization of many different dairy products including bovine, sheep and goat milk, flavored and cultured products and cheeses. The test has been approved by ISO, International Dairy Federation, Interstate Milk Shippers and AOAC.
