
The NuTEC 780 forming machine can produce up to seven 1⁄4-lb. patties in each row. The 34-in. wide model runs at 65 strokes per minute. With dual knockout and double-row mold plate, the unit deposits rows of patties two times per cycle. Designed for high-volume meat processors, the forming machine can replace multiple units. It can portion up to 10,000 lbs. per hour with no product backflow, overworking or bridging, says the company.
