Used for filling and packaging products such as pudding, baby food, yogurt and other ready-to-eat foods packaged in single-serve cups, OYSTAR Hassia THM Series form, fill and seal machines produce a variety of cup forms and configurations, including dual-cavity cups. Their labeling system creates single-sided, double-sided and wraparound labels and sleeves. The machines have a small footprint, feature servo technology for performance and flexibility and operate at speeds up to 40 cycles/min. An aseptic version that uses pressurized steam to sterilize and extend product shelf life is also available.
