IMA Dairy & Food Erca EF Series form/fill/seal machines are offered with Open Mold thermoforming technology that allows food manufacturers to create proprietary shapes for cups and bottles prior to filling and sealing them. With the technology, up to 18,000 product-filled portion cups or 16,800 product-filled bottles can be produced per hour. The machines are used with products such as yogurt, cream spreads, jellies and jams, juices, water, butter, margarine, sauces and fruit salads. A variety of labeling options is available including wraparound and spotside.
