The Hassia THM Series of cup form/fill/seal machines has a compact design and features servo technology. The smaller forming surface is compensated for by high-speed performance of up to 40 cycles per minute, and it operates quietly. The machines produce a variety of cup forms and configurations, including dual-cavity cups. The labeling system creates single-sided, double-sided and wrap-around labels and sleeves. An aseptic version uses pressurized steam to sterilize and extend product shelf life. Dosing units can be added for layered or swirled products or for filling dual-cavity cups with two or more components.
