Omega's CDH-90 is a handheld salt analyzer designed for the food and beverage industry. Factory calibrated for a percentage of NaCl, the unit can be operated with one hand and can be calibrated to salts with similar characteristics of conductivity to percent concentration, if desired. Similarly, the CDH-95 measures resistivity across three ranges, from 0 to 200 K, to 20 K and to 2 K Ohms/Cubic inch.
