The LORWWSS Liqwifier offers a blender with a high shear impeller at the bottom and scrapers on both the cone and sidewall that create a smooth paste-like product. Applications include products such as hummus where 50 and 100-gallon units can produce 300- to 700-pound batches of finished product in 15 to 20 minutes.

The company offers 50-gallon demonstr-ation units with electrical controls with variable speed capability and display temperature, rpm and amperage draw.

The units are on wheels and are equipped with a 3-phase, 30/40 hp/480-volt motor that drives the impeller and a 2.0 hp motor that drives the scraper assembly. A transformer is available to accommodate 208/230 voltage.
