DataLase Clear from Sherwood Technology is an additive that can be dissolved into solvent-based coatings to mark images directly into transparent materials, resulting in a high-speed solution for coding, marking and printing. The solution enables images to be transferred into transparent media via a laser without interfering with the translucency of the substrate. The company says the solution prints high-contrast images rapidly while using a low power supply and offers higher fidelity imaging compared to traditional coding and marking processes.
