Synthetic lubricating greases, Klubersynth UH1 14-151 and UH1 14-222 from Kluber, are authorized in accordance with SNF/USDA-H1 for use in food and beverage applications. The company says they exhibit good anti-wear properties, water resistance and corrosion protection, as well as high aging and oxidation stability. They are approved for lubrication points that may have incidental and technically unavoidable contact with food products.
