Allen recently installed a major distribution conveyor system to serve eight packaging machines at Frito's Denver plant. The system includes over 25 modular vibratory conveyors, all utilizing Magnatron drives with multi-speed Mag II controllers. Variable operating frequency from 300 to s600 cpm and "smart" controls enable the Magnatron modular system to modulate or stop/start to maintain flow to all destinations. This is the largest all-Magnatron system Allen has ever shipped. It is designed to handle up to three or more different products simultaneously with on-demand distribution to all packaging machines.
