A non-contact device that monitors the material distribution of monolayer PET containers after they’re formed in the blow molder, Agr’s PETWall Profiler system provides detailed feedback for manual or automated process management. The system expands measurement capabilities to a comprehensive profile of the bottle sidewall and identifies small changes in material distribution, material shifts, process problems and random distribution-related events wherever they occur on the bottle. The system is available in a standalone model or an OEM configuration.
