The Saxon 5 Hot Air Continuous Heat Sealer from Fischbein-Saxon sets the temperature to suit the gauge of plastic bags to be sealed. The filled bags arrive on a conveyor and the open mouth of the plastic bag is guided into the infeed section where it is gripped and supported by continuously moving rubber belts. The bag then passes through open streams of hot air, creating a semi-molten band of plastic, which passes between the pressure rollers to complete the seal. The machine allows up to 4.3-inches of bag above the seal and can withstand dusty or damp environments.
