Material Transfer's Material Master Powerfill bulk bag filler with check scale and powered roller conveyor is a hazardous location system. The bag-support carriage and fill head lower to a programmed operator height, then rotate for reach-free bag connection. The bag is automatically inflated, densified and accurately filled to a programmed setpoint. The bag spout and straps automatically release and the bag advances to the check scale. The check scale checks the filled weight of the bulk bag, then advances the bag to a powered discharge conveyor.
