Thomson high-performance 500 Series profile rails now come standard with an enhanced carriage design for smoother operation and lower drag force; 4 longitudinal seals per carriage and standard end seals provide increased contaminant protection. The new design optimizes surface interfaces between steel and plastic transition areas along the ball bearing circulation path. An additional lubrication reservoir increases running time between servicing. Optional low-drag end seals are available for low push-force requirements. Enhanced design models are 100% interchangeable with previous Thomson 500 Series carriages and rails.
