The remodeled Oyster Compact Series butterfly valves have been reduced by 20% in terms of overall dimension and weight. The gasket and vane dimensions remain unchanged but the valve has a new clamp design for easy dismount and re-assembly. The compact layout allows the distance between the edge of the vane and the perimeter of the clamp to be 60% less than in traditional butterfly valves. The valve can be fully customized or bought off-the-shelf and contains no recesses or hard-to-clean corners.
