Suitable for 3-A and USDA production applications, the unit features #304 stainless steel contact surfaces, wide spacing of internal flights, continuous polished welds with 0.25-in. radii and external removal seals. Construction with exotic alloys or carbon steel and configurations with CIP vessel cleaning nozzles are available.
