Enviro Voraxial's separator removes large volumes of water from other components in the processing stream while significantly decreasing requirements for energy, weight, space and expense, says the company. The unit incorporates a continuous flow turbo-separator that is essentially an in-line centrifuge. It simultaneously separates liquid/liquid, liquid/solid or liquid/liquid/solid mixtures at high flow rates while achieving high levels of purity. It has the ability to produce a real-time, high "g" centrifugal force to yield a high-purity product or products at a volume of 3 gal. per minute to over 10,000 gal. per minute.
