Ashworth Bros.’ new Omni-Pro 075 belt is designed to withstand 125 lbs of tension for 100,000 cycles. The same design features allow the belt to minimize cage bar wear, maintenance costs and downtime in high-tension spiral applications. The Omni-Pro 075’s shorter pitch is ideal for small products and closer transfers, and the use of new weld technology in the belt’s design produces cleaner and stronger welds. Unlike a traditional bridge weld, the Omni-Pro 075’s 360-degree buttonless weld is free from surface imperfections and crevices, which improves hygienic characteristics. A patented “protrusion leg” prevents welds from contacting spiral cage bars and permits the belt to run smoother with less system wear.
