Delavan says its SDX spray drying nozzle can deliver more product in pounds per hour than its current Mini SDX nozzle. The new nozzle is less than 38 mm long and features a swirl chamber that is positively retained in the body during assembly. The chamber features a flow-distribution design and the matching orifice assembly uses a retained O-ring feature. The company says the nozzle is user friendly and no tools are required for assembly.
