
Aeroglide's AeroFlow air-impingement toasters and dryers use high-velocity air jets from an array of nozzles arranged above the conveyor, which impinge through the product bed, onto a non-perforated conveyor. This creates a gentle boiling action as the product bed is fluidized and dried. Applications include toasting, roasting, drying and cooling products such as ready-to-eat cereals, snack food expansion, nuts, coffee beans, breadcrumbs and petfood.
