Prism2, the second generation of the Prism sorter from Key Technologies, Inc. handles the same capacity levels as the original but has a smaller footprint. The user interface can be placed on the right or left side of the machine to fit any plant floor plan.
Features of the Prism2 include user interface electronics, cameras and flexible camera configurations for defect detection and versatility, the company says. Its high-resolution color recognition can distinguish 2.1 million shades.
