The A+F servo-controlled baseline tray erector has a modular design and can operate as a stand-alone unit or be integrated in line with downstream packaging machines. It can be configured as a single-head or dual-head machine and can process up to 76 cartons per minute. The machine can handle trays with maximum dimensions of 200 X 400mm and a height of up to 150mm. Adjustment options minimize the need for interchange parts, and ball-bearing folding elements eliminate the need for a central lubrication system.
