The Schenck DEA open-frame weigh belt feeder provides weight-controlled feeding, weight indication and totalization for fragile food materials. Features include tool-less belt removal; an IP69K stainless steel load cell manufactured to withstand high-pressure spray; a shaft-mounted washdown drive system; and product contact surfaces made of 316 stainless steel. The sanitary open frame is offered in models with 12- and 24-in. belt widths. Feed rates up to 2,660 cu. ft./hr. are possible.
