NBE says its loss-in-weight bulk bag discharging system results in accurate and consistent feeding of non-free flowing material.  The equipment was designed to unload bulk bags containing very hygroscopic material.  The system’s loss-in-weight feeder feeds material into the process on a continuous basis.  The bags are loaded into the system using the integral hoist and trolley system.  A bag spout interface eliminates dust and possible foreign material contamination while helping non-free flowing material discharge from the bag. A conical refill hopper maintains enough surge capacity to provide enough time to change bags.
