Case drain line monitoring

Installed on pump drains, Hedland direct-reading flow meters monitor excess case drain flow. Its variable area meter has a low pressure drop with an accuracy of 2% of full scale, while the polysulfone variable area meter has a 5% full scale accuracy. Hedland’s flow alert reed switch automatically signals an alarm when case drain flow rises above a predetermined limit. The flow transmitter can be connected to any data acquisition, PLC or PC for advanced analysis.
