Linde’s Cryoline PE freezer produces consistent, frozen, formed-shapes of sauces, purées, soups and other liquid food products. Suited for processors serving the food service, ready-to-eat meals and consumer markets, the freezer makes frozen pellets, discs, cubes, squares or a combination of shapes. It works by filling the conveyor’s cavities that are pre-cooled by liquid nitrogen. The extremely low temperature of the conveyor rapidly freezes the liquid into the shape of the cavities, stabilizing the product before it is released, producing IQF-formed product of uniform size with repeatability. Enabling consumers to precisely control portions, the freezer eliminates the need for extra bags in ready-to-eat meals, and allows exact measuring of sauce to food products.
