Imperial Electric introduced the high performance Model T523 DC Motor Transaxle series. These new units feature wound field motors and larger brakes for operating reliability. According to the manufacturer, the units are suitable for use in floor care machinery and material handling and lift equipment. Features of the Model T523 Transaxles include cut steel helical gearing for smooth and efficient operation, a splined surface between motor and transaxle for easy serviceability, ball bearing construction and neoprene mounting sleeves.
