Double-seal valve

Tuchenhagen North America, LLC introduced the Stericom Double-Seal Valve that allows safe separation of dissimilar products in a completely sterile process environment. An integrated actuator allows either valve seat to be raised independently for seat CIP and SIP. The sterile separation area is both CIP and SIP-able using integrated fractional shutoff valves. Optional accessories include a SIP temperature monitor mounted in the safety area, connections for bellow leakage monitoring and rinsing as well as a new intelligent T.VIS control module.
