Steve Willardsen

Sargento Foods Inc. appointed Kristi Jankowski as senior vice president of innovation and Rod Hogan as vice president of new business development.

Steve Willardsen of Cargill Value Added Meats was elected chairman of the board of directors of US Poultry & Egg Association; he previously served as vice chairman.

Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) Senior Vice President for Scientific and Regulatory Affairs and Chief Science Officer Robert Brackett, Ph.D., will leave the association in 2010. Brackett will assist in appointing a successor. Richard G. Wolford, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Del Monte Foods, was elected chairman of the GMA board of directors. He will serve a two-year term.

Andre Vanhove

Andre Vanhove was promoted to the position of global HPI product applications leader at GE Water.

Wisdom Natural Brands named Charles (Chuck) Marble to the position of chief operating officer.

Cargill appointed Robert Aspell as president, Cargill China, replacing Norwell Coquillard, who retired after 31 years of service.

Nestle Waters North America Inc. will relocate its headquarters from Greenwich to Stamford, CT, late this year.

SpaceKraft’s liquid bulk packaging manufacturing plant in Indianapolis, IN, received a certificate of achievement from the American Institute of Baking.

Pepperl+Fuchs acquired Walsall Ltd., a UK company with expertise in the development and manufacture of electromechanical equipment for use in hazardous areas.

Bob Crossken was named as the national sales manager for Bunting Magnetics Co., headquartered in Newton, KS.
