Charles Ross & Son's PowerMix & Discharge system for the development and small-scale production of viscous, non-flowing products is constructed of type 316 stainless steel and polished to a 180 grit finish. Units include a planetary mixer and high-speed disperser agitator, follower plate discharge system, thermocouple for temperature readout and a jacketed vessel to permit heating or cooling during processing.
