Chemineer's Greerco homogenizers mix, emulsify and disperse. These high-speed, high-shear homogenizers subject mixtures to intense mechanical and hydraulic forces to reduce mixing time and ensure uniform blending. The motor is mounted above the homogenizing head and blending is accomplished by immersing the head in a tank or mixing vessel. Capacities from lab scale to 4,000 gallons are available. All contact metals are made of 316 stainless steel and all mixing parts are easily accessible. The unit has pumping capacities from 10 to 1,300 gpm.
