It offers accuracy in the form of multiple layers of specificity including immunomagnetic separation, highly specific primers and patented probe systems. Completing the system is the Rotor-Gene, a multi-channel rotary cycler for the amplification and detection of the target. It can read multiple, distinct targets, helping to eliminate the need for melt curves.
