The vacuums are NRTL approved, and can be equipped with multi-stage filtration, including an optional HEPA filter to capture 99.97 percent of particulate, down to and including 0.3 microns. Designed to meet the specific cleaning needs of the food industry such as removing fine dust from overhead areas and cleaning hot ovens, the 2-motor S2 model has a 13-gal. collection container; the S3 3-motor machine is available with 13- or 26-gal. collection capacities.
