Model THAA-400 three-head, automatic auger filler includes three independently operating filler stations and one common conveyor for continuous filling and container transport. Production rates of up to 90 containers per minute for 14 oz. containers are achieved. A single control panel provides simplified, easy-to-use setup and operation for filling amounts and machine operation. Each fill station can be individually operated with filling specified by total auger revolutions or by a predefined fill time. Different amounts can be dispensed at each station. Compressed air indexing pins securely position containers at filling positions for quick, clean filling.
