The TKF Valu-Lift light-duty, 4-strand, continuous vertical lift conveyor handles cartons and other smooth-bottom unit loads up to 50 lbs. The platform design consists of lightweight, interlocking molded polymer flights with steel connecting pins. Standard net lifting heights range from 8 to 14 ft. with customized heights available. The conveyor’s maximum unit load is 21-in. long, 16-in. wide and 22-ft. high with a weight of 50 lbs. The minimum unit load without special transitions is 10-in. long x 4-in. wide x 1 1/2-in. high with a weight of 3 lbs. Standard safety features include a 24 volt DC control, current sensing relay and totally enclosed shroud-type tunnel guards.
