Niro Inc. introduced the Integrated Filter Dryer with air filters inside the drying chamber. This feature reduces plant size requirements and noise level, and says Niro, improves powder quality and overall profitability because operators can recover powder particles in the drying chamber itself.

The Integrated Filter Dryer includes an integrated fluid bed dryer. The product will be approved and available for 3A/USDA dairy applications around August 2003.
