Urschel Laboratories, Inc. introduced the DiversaCut 2110 Dicer with a new compact cutting zone design that offers high-production capacity to produce slices, dices and strip cuts for a range of products.

Accepting product up to 254 mm (10 inches) in any dimension, the DiversaCut 2110 Dicer produces flat slices from 1/16 up to 1 inch (1.6 to 25.4 mm), strips from 1/8 up to 3 inches (3.2 up to 76.2 mm) and dices from 1/8 up to 1 inch (3.2 up to 25.4 mm). Its stainless steel construction promotes sanitation and is durable in demanding production environments.
