The Dispax Reactor, DR 2000, is a newly developed in-line mixing system specifically for high shear applications. It is also available as the DRS 2000, a high-speed version for processing particles to the sub-micron range. The new design is 10 percent faster while creating less noise. By utilizing three sets of rotor/stators the dispersing effect is multiplied allowing for high shear mixing. The result is decrease in production time due to the increase of product that can be processed in a single pass. Dispax Reactor offers performance that is not available from standard single stage mixers. The DR 2000 is fully adjustable by belt drive and 6 different shear heads are available.
