The model CC slicer from Urschel offers a double ring head design featuring locking or non-locking base rings with either single or double adjustments. The heads are available with new slicers or installed slicers can be adapted to use the new heads. The locking base ring delivers faster changeovers of cutting heads and impedes impeller-to-head collisions, says the company. Double ring heads are available in either stainless steel or manganese aluminum bronze in flat, crinkle, V-slice and various shredding configurations.
