Evergreen Packaging Equipment launched a line of gravity-fed bottle filling machines—BF-30 and BF-40. The BF Series fills half-pints through gallon bottles at speeds from 100 bottles per minute to more than 350.

According to the company, a quick 5-minute CIP setup allows for better mechanical cleaning of fill nozzles.

The machine rotates during cleaning and the nozzles are actuated as they pass over the CIP rollers. Controls are simple and easy to operate, Evergreen says.
