Hi-Speed Checkweigher’s new Robocaser case packer can automatically group and pack up to 300 flexible packages into cases per minute. According to the company, it is able to cycle quickly and smoothly to pick and place a wide variety of bags, pouches and other flexible packages into cartons and trays according to the users’ pack pattern requirements.

Product-collating options include single-belt, dual indexing belts as well as servo-controlled racetrack style for high-speed collating. It features a simple open design for ease of maintenance. The Robocaser is custom-configurable.
