The vision-guided robotic case packer from IWKA-A+F is capable of accepting heavy, hard-to-handle and randomly oriented bags from upstream fillers. The case packer places product into a wrap-around or any other customer-specified case. Featuring a variety of industrial vision systems matched to the specific application requirements, such as a servo-driven, third-axis gripper, suction or pushing end-effectors, the packers can deliver pick-and-place speeds of 30 cycles per minute with 98% efficiency. Additional speeds can be achieved by stacking multiple robots.
