Intralox says its EZ Clean CIP system cleans conveyor belts 60% faster than manual cleaning while reducing water usage. This CIP system accesses interior rods and hinges when used with Intralox's EZ Clean conveyor belts, which feature non-porous, non-absorbent, flat-top surfaces and sprockets with large, open areas. The system's spray pattern cleans the belt's underside, sprockets and shaft by spraying at three separate locations. Fan nozzles spray through the open belt hinges below and above the shaft, and high-impact nozzles spray along each belt's underside.
