The Toftejorg line of automatic tank cleaning equipment from Alfa Laval includes a series of rotating jet heads and rotating spray heads suitable for tanks ranging in size from 500 gallons to silos with a 500,000-gallon capacity. Included in the line is the SaniJet Rotary jet head, which cleans in a 360-degree indexed pattern. Designed for permanent installation, the device is self-cleaning and self-draining and has an integrated self-cleaning downpipe. The drive mechanism is outside the tank or process equipment, leaving a minimum of parts submerged in the product. All surfaces in contact with product are either 316L stainless steel or FDA-approved polymer materials.
