Featuring a self-contained high-shear rotor stator mixer with SLIM for solids induction, conventional high-speed disperser and three-wing anchor with Teflon scrapers to clean its vessel’s side walls, Ross’s model VMC-40S sanitary VersaMix unit is mounted on non-sparking caster wheels for complete portability.  The vessel is jacketed to heat or cool, and can operate to 29-1/2 hg vacuum and 15 psi internal pressure. The triple-shaft Versa-Mix is available from a 1-gal. bench top design to production sizes exceeding 4,000 gals.
