Tranter offers the UltraMax Box LPU model as an upgrade to shell-and-tube heat exchangers in maximum pressure applications. The unit offers maximum pressure integrity with four steel panels bolted together to encase the pressure core. Pressure ratings extend to 45 barg and temperatures to 650°F for standard range units. Extended range units are available for higher temperature and pressure applications. The exchanger is designed for improved thermal efficiency, reduced weight and structural complexity, minimal foot print and reduced fluid cost from smaller hold-up volume.
